7 Things

1. Handwriting.
Do you love your handwriting? Does your signature make you smile, do you dot your "i"s with a flourish? No? Change it. Give yourself total control over your handwriting, slant your "t"s, curl your "k"s and underline your signature. Do whatever you wish to create your own delightful penmanship. It may seem that nothing is changing, that you never remember to write differently, but slowly but surely, the little quirks with sneak in and one day you will have the magnificent calligraphy you have always dreamed of.
2.Shoes.
I have a little secret to tell everyone, I know of a sure-fire way to cheer you up in the morning. As soon as you wake up, put on your favourite pair of shoes, the ones you can hardly walk in, the ones that don't match anything, the ones that cost a fortune. Put them one, marvel at how dainty and cute they make your footsies look. Gaze at the splendour of the colour. Smile to yoursself as you get up and realise that you are fantastic. Dance to the fridge for breakfast.

3.Rain.
You may think of it as a horrible, dreaded thing, but it's really quite lovely. I can't speak for any of you, but here in Ireland we get more of it that we know what to do with. Enjoy it. Embrace it as an excuse not to bother with you hair ("oh look at that, my hair's soaked! Bloody rain."), wear oversized yellow raincoats, sit on the doorstep and listen to it. Pitter-patter-pitter-patter-hurp-a-durp-hurp-a-durp-durp-durping into the puddles. Wondrous. And you know what the best part is?

4.Umbrellas.
Fine, you're right, I could have thrown them in with the last part. But they are not a thing to be thrown in, they are a thing of beauty, a thing of otherworldly charm. They range from the child's frog shaped covers, to tents ranging feet upon feet in order to accommodate your poofiest skirt. Oh dear, it took at least four trys to get "skirt" right. I must be tired. Nevermind that! Soldier on!

5.Cluedo.
The best board game ever. Except perhaps that powerpuff girls one I had when I was small(er). Anyway, I have a feeling it was Professer Plum. Crafty specimen.

6. Fairy Lights.
Much too fun to limit to the christmas tree. I would decorate my house with them given the chance, who needs wallpaper when you could have a sparkling wonderland. Different colours, differents shapes, sizes, ones that flash, ones that twinkle and chance colours. I'm certain you can get solar powered ones to be used outside. Also, print out little cube nets with pictures on them, build the boxes, make a hold in each and put the light in! Who needs photo frames when you and your friends could be changing between Green and red every six seconds!

7. Tutus!
Yes. An exclaimation mark. They are just that sensational. The lovely net creation you see on the banner in mine. It sends me back about a decade and I feel like a fairy princess. It is astoundingly fluffy, and took about 9 yards of tulle, and one hour of. . . time. I used this (http://www.flickr.com/photos/ambrosialove/522118984/) incredibly simple tutorial on flicker. Just as soon as I figure out how.

It's nearing twenty past too here, so I really should get to bed.

Until next time, farewell. Next time will most likely be tomorrow.
By the way, anyone know how to enclose a link into a word here? It's so bright and shiny here on blogger. I'm scared.
